¾ Bath is based on a 5′ x 8′, which includes a vanity, toilet, and shower. Whether the drains are pre-roughed & the level of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and tile will indicate the final price.
Wet Bars are very hard to estimate until a final design is established. A Basic-Level Beverage Center consists of 7’-8’ of cabinetry and countertops. A Mid-Level Wet Bar includes the same as the basic-level except it adds an island or peninsula section for bar stools. A Upper-Level wet bar is a more customized space for parties including multiple appliances and high-end finishes.
